Adhesive Tape Applicators

Developed to apply double-sided adhesive tape to plastic strips. For the automotive sector.

• SPECIAL FEATURES:
• The carrier strip remains untouched and is only pulled off during fitting.
  This enables prefixing of the parts on the carrier material
• Adhering to plastic strips using two powered rollers
• The roller pressure is adjustable

 

THE MACHINE CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING:

– Machine body is post-bed design
– Caster frame with height adjustment
– Upper and lower transport roller
– Servomotor drive for continuous feed. Speed controlled through foot pedal
– Reproducible tape guidance, adjustable from 5-20 mm -42058-
– Tape roll holder with tape brake
– Adjustable fabric edge stop with roller
– Straight fabric edge stop
– Inclined fabric edge stop for inner radii
