Multi-layer parts with a seam length of 600 mm or 1000 mm are sewn on this four-belt sewing system. The sewer stands in front of the sewing machine head, the belts run from right to left. Maximum seam length 1000 mm. The system is mounted transversely relative to the upper part. The material width is restricted by the sewing machine.

  • SPECIAL FEATURES:
  • The material is inserted to the right of the sewing machine
  • The marking notches are aligned along a laser line
  • Following start-up, the material is conveyed to the needle by the transport belts
  • The automatic sewing process is then started
  • Four flat belts transport the material absolutely straight and synchronous to the sewing machine speed
  • Drive provided by a stepper motor
  • All four transport belts can be extended to the front to turn the sewing machine
